Why COOL VINEGAR?
The universe is amazing. It has cycles for everything i.e. the seasons, weather, etc. But did you know our body also has a cycle? Our body too is a miraculous machine just like we have fixed times to go to work, eat, sleep and do our routine chores.. our body also a fixed time to perform it's daily functions..
What is it, exactly? Your body cycle is basically a 24-hour internal clock that is running in the background of your brain and cycles between sleepiness and alertness at regular intervals. It's also known as your circadian cycle.
Your body works in 3 cycles per day:
Cycle 1 - From 4am to 12pm – Cleansing process
This is the time when our body is getting cleanse & releasing out toxins and so we get up with bad breath, sweaty, tired (all these are detox symptoms). If you are willing to have something during this time rely on liquids i.e. fresh fruit juice or green juice which will help in this cleansing process. That is why it’s said, breaking the fast (Breakfast) is very important meal of the day, so do it right, or else proper elimination won’t take place.
Cycle 2 - From 12pm to 8pm –Building process
Now here you have more energy for your body functions. This is the time, we are most awake, active, present and therefore efficient at digesting. This is when we should eat the majority of our heavy concentrated foods. This is why the majority of meals (lunch, dinner and snacks) also occur during this cycle. The most important thing to do then is to eat only when hungry and in smaller portions, so you give your body plenty of breaks and chances to break down through the food with the least required effort.
Cycle 3 - From 8pm to 4am –Repairing process
This is the time you are most likely to be relaxed or sleeping. It is when all the repairing, renewing and healing takes place. It is very important that you have dinner early, so that the food you eat gets digested and you get all the required nutrients to function & the remaining gets ready for elimination which is the start of next cycle all over again.
Try and follow these cycles of your body so that you get benefited for life.

Water is life! No one can survive without water. Everyone knows this and to spread the importance of water, we celebrate World Water Day.
Why is it so important to take a day to recognize water?
Water is extremely essential for every organ, cell and tissue of our body. To better understand the question, we first have to understand water and the vital role it plays in our daily lives. Now, it’s one thing to say, “of course we know how crucial water is in our lives, we need to drink it to stay alive. Celebrating “World Water Day” is really about taking the time to appreciate the role water plays in our day-to-day, beyond simply quenching our thirst. Also the motto behind celebrating this day is to conserve water for better agricultural production. It is also a campaign to promote supply of clean & purified water.
Five fantastic reasons why water is important:
1. Water boosts energy. Water delivers important nutrients to all of our cells, especially muscle cells.
2. Water helps weight loss. Water helps you feel full longer, without adding any additional calories. Drinking water or eating foods with a high water content can be a big help in managing your weight.
3. Water aids in digestion. Water aids in constipation and other abdominal issues, especially those suffering from IBS. Water helps to move the digestive process along and through the system.
4. Water detoxifies. Moves toxins through your system faster, and optimizes kidney function. Inadequate hydration means inadequate kidney function.
5. Water hydrates skin. Forget expensive creams, water is the best defense against aging and wrinkles in the skin.
This year,on 22nd March 2018, World Water Day;The theme is “Nature From Water” which invites each one of us to think about nature based solutions to the water challenges we face today. Here at Dr. Patkar’s, we have a product called Concentrated Mineral Drops (CMD) which consists 84+ trace minerals which we actually require for our body or we are deficient of it. Using CMD every day in water will help conduct and generate our body's entire electrical system. They are the catalysts for all the vitamins and other nutrients your body uses for developing and maintaining good health.
